What a nice property. We were here during the blizzard. Everyone here was fantastic. We had a great time visiting with staff members and making new friends during this tragedy.

Stayed at this hotel and would highly recommend this hotel. The front desk clerk Erica made our stay great, she was very kind and her customer service skills are phenomenal. She's very polite, attentive, and takes care of you. To be honest all the staff was great, they always would greet you if they seen you and they all.worked very hard, never see anyone just standing around. The staff here is great. The breakfast selection was decent. I really enjoyed the cheese omelets, the biscuits were great and the gravy was delicious. The beds were nice and comfy. The pool was open and working and really relaxing as well as the hot tub. The pool area was stocked with towels. The hotel was quiet at night and we got our rest. When coming through this area I will stay here again.

Staff was very friendly. The breakfast was great, best I've seen in a while actually. The road to get in was kind of easy to miss with traffic but the alternative entrance was a nice drive in. The entire 2nd floor smelled strangely musty and like mildew. The room didnt smell like it as much as the hall but it was a weird lingering smell. Also, if you locked the bathroom door, you were stuck inside the bathroom as it didnt want to open if locked.

We stayed here on our wedding anniversary (July 6) and the hotel manager helped us have a wonderful experience at this hotel. At first, our hotel room wasn’t cleaned so when we informed her about it she apologized and upgraded us to another room with no up charge. She recommended a couple of restaurants and we went to Joe’s Pizza. It was wonderful! We thanked her and had a great time here in Texarkana. She went above and beyond to help us out.

I enjoyed my stayed it was very clean. The breakfast was amazing and I think the breakfast attendants name is Merlin she was absolutely amazing. The room was very clean. The hotel is a bit outdated but overall I would most definitely stay here again!!

I had an excellent stay at the Holiday Inn, and I want to give a special shoutout to Erica and her amazing staff for going above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and comfortable. From the moment I arrived, their hospitality stood out—they were warm, attentive, and truly cared about ensuring my stay was perfect. My suite was spotless, cozy, and well-prepared. I was pleasantly surprised to find thoughtful touches like snacks and other little extras that made it feel like a home away from home. It's rare to find that level of attention to detail, and I genuinely appreciated it. Thank you again to Erica and the team for making my visit so smooth and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be returning!
